Cider making is a job closely linked to the earth and nature, so every season brings a different, unique task. Cider makers begin their annual cycle when the apples are ripe, and at that time of year members of the Association organise open days, tasting and food matching sessions, concerts, guided tours and other activities as part of the initiative we've called SAGASTITIK KUPELERA, which means from the orchard to the barrel.
