History and foundation

The Zabala cider maker with a tradition of more than 200 years in cider making activity is characterised by the efforts made by its owners for the cider production to be totally carried out with native apples. Although in many cases this is impossible, in the 2002-2003 season they managed to produce their ciders with 100% native apples. They produce around 160,000 litres of cider per year.

Service: dinners every night. Meals saturday and sunday closed sunday and public days .
