History and foundation
It is one of the most historical cider makers in urnieta, known amongst the loyal customers as "Kaxiano", in honour of its old owner. It is surrounded by their own apple orchards. Following the tradition of almost all the current cider makers, it also started making cider for the family and neighbours. Nowadays, and after some technological innovations, it produces more than 100,000 litres of cider a year.
