History and foundation
The Rufino cider maker, so known in honour of its previous owner, has produced cider since times immemorial. However, it has recently restored and renovated its installations, above all the machinery. These installations now allow for producing a better quality cider with the help of the most advanced technology. It produces around 100,000 litres of cider per year.
