History and foundation
Although the Otaño family produced cider for its own consumption at the beginning of the XX century, it was from 1940 onwards that it started to market it. What started off as a secondary activity to stockbreeding, became more and more important for the family and became its main activity. The evolution of the installations has been spectacular, as what started off as being the ground for cider production has been converted into a separate building dedicated 100% to catering and cider tasting.
