Otsua-Enea
History and foundation
Founded in 1987 by the Etxeberria brothers, it continues with the traditionally produced cider carried out by the family for years. Situated in the well-known area of cider maker in Hernani, it maintains traditionally produced cider with current technological advances. It currently produces nearly 100,000 litres of cider per year.

Opening: txotx season (from january to april)
Service: suppers every night. Meals on saturday and sunday but only ordered in advance. Closed: sunday night and monday
