Otazu
History and foundation
The Otazu cider maker in Leaburu was created in 1992 by the Iturrioz-Agirre family. Although it was the grandfather of the family who started the activity, the next generation did not continue but rather the grandchildren, who picked up the cider producing activity again in the 1990s. They now produce around 20,000 litres.
