History and foundation
Situated in the town of Zerain, on the way to the Aizkorri mountain range, it is in an enviable enclave. Its owners opened to the public in 1994 and since then it has been immersed in a continuous modernisation dynamic, purchasing modern machinery, adapting the installations, etc. It has a very large apple tree plantation, and is self-sufficient with its own orchards or with apples picked in nearby farmhouses. It currently produces nearly 50,000 litres of cider per year.
