Ola
History and foundation
The Ola cider maker is in a very special enclave, an old mineral panning site later on converted into a mill, and restored and adapted to cider making activity by the Bengoetxea family in 1999. It has 6 hectares of apple orchards and around 1,100 trees. It produces around 75,000 litres of cider per year.

Opening: all year round. Out of txotx season cider in bottle. Closed: Christmas
Service: meals and supers every day.
Accommodating: 250 diners.
Specialities: à la carte menu all year round, apart from the typical txotx (cider) menu.
