Oianume
History and foundation
The Oianume cider maker, deeply rooted in cider production for its own consumption, opened its doors to the general public in 1992. They buy the apples used for cider production from the farmhouses in the area, although they finish it off with apples from different areas such as Galicia, Asturias or France. They produce around 60,000 litres a year, a great amount of which is consumed in their main activity, the restaurant.
