Lizeaga
History and foundation
The Lizeaga cider maker maintains the essence of the traditional cider maker. Although it has renewed and extended part of its installations, it still has one of the most authentic dining halls. It was founded as the lizeaga cider maker in 1988, in the XVI century Gartziategi farmhouse. Its own apple crops can be seen around the cider maker, which are then used in producing around 200,000 litres of cider a year.
