Larregain cider house

History and foundation

The Larre-gain cider maker has known cider-making activity since time immemorial, when cider was produced for individual consumption. It is from 1991 onwards when they decided to open their doors to the public, remodelling the old stable into a press and dining hall. Although it was created as a supplementary activity to stockbreeding, cider soon became very important and became its only activity. The cider production is based on its own apples and apples from nearby farmhouses. It is a small cider maker producing nearly 40,000 litres per year.

Service: dinners every night. Meals saturday and sunday. Closed: sunday night and monday

Accommodating: 140 diners.

Specialities: cod in his sauce or tomato sauce only ordered in advance
