Buenaventura

History and foundation
The Buenaventura farmhouse, dedicated for generations to apple orchard plantations, produced cider for family consumption since time immemorial. However, after some events in the carlist war era, the farmhouse devoted itself to stockbreeding, with cider production in second place, and was not picked up again as a business until 1994, when the fourth generation decided to set up as a cider maker. The cider maker currently produces around 100,000 litres of cider per year.
