Arratzain
History and foundation
The Arratzain cider maker was created in 1999, although they have always made cider for family and friends. It is situated between the Usurbil mountains, in unsurpassable natural surroundings. Apart from the cider factory and the restaurant, they have recently opened a country lodge for rural tourism, to offer the visitor a very complete service. This cider maker?s production is basically aimed at consumption in the cider-maker?s-restaurant, as they produce around 20,000 litres of cider a year. The majority of the production is produced with their own crops of apples.
