Sarasola (Astigarraga)
History and foundation
Although it has new owners, the Sarasola cider maker with a long tradition in cider making, continues to produce cider in the traditional way. The cider maker situated in one of the most emblematic areas of the cider world makes cider with its own apples, supplemented with apples from other areas. It currently produces around 60,000 litres of cider per year.
