History and foundation
The Saizar cider maker is characterised by its tradition, maintained from generation to generation. It has reached our times as one of the biggest producing cider makers, having made very big investments in technology. In spite of this, it maintains the essence of tradition in its large dining hall. It currently produces around 1,100,000 litres of cider a year, and supplements its production with a very complete range of products (e.g. Cider liqueur)
