Ordo-Zelai
History and foundation
The Ordo-zelai cider maker was founded in 1993 and set up as a natural cider producer. However, it was in 1996 when it opened its doors to the public, in the cider season, after carrying out several adaptations in its installations. The cider maker has an apple orchard with around 600 trees. Its annual production stands at around 60,000 litres of cider.
