History and foundation
The Etxeberria cider maker, founded in 1975 by the current owner?s father, has undergone many remodellings in this time. They have adapted and extended the installations to current needs, new technology, new installations, etc. This cider maker is situated in a spot that apart from its beauty is noteworthy for being one of Astigarraga?s cider making areas. Their own apples cover from 10-20% of the cider production. This cider maker currently produces around 150,000 litres of cider per year.

Service: suppers every night. Meals from friday to sunday. Closed monday.
