History and foundation

The Egi-luze cider maker was founded in 1980 in the family farmhouse with the same name. It has undergone many changes and adaptations to new needs in the last 30 years. It is now a very large and welcoming cider maker in an enviable natural setting, on the way to the well-known Landarbaso caves. It is surrounded by a huge apple orchard that supplies part of its cider production. Currently, after big investments in next generation technology, it produces around 250,000 litres of cider a year.

Opening: from january to may. Restaurant opened all year around.

Service: meals and suppers every day. Sunday meal only booking. Closed: sunday evening, monday and tuesday evening.

Accommodating: 250 diners.

Specialities: menu a la carte and also typical cider menu
