History and foundation
Aristizabal, a welcoming, family cider maker that opened its doors to the public in 2003, has passed on the cider making tradition from generation to generation, and it is now when it has seen the possibility to share this experience with the public. They make around 20,000 litres a year, helped by their own apple crops and apples picked in nearby farmhouses.
