History and foundation
The Arteta cider maker-restaurant was founded in 1992 and it now maintains the cider factory as a supplementary activity to the restaurant, which became its main activity some time ago, and which is furthermore specialised in large groups. It produces around 25,000 litres of cider a year very traditionally.
