History and foundation
According to existing documentation, there is a record of the existence of cider selling activity in the altzueta cider maker since 1878. The fourth generation is dedicated to this business. It is a completely renewed cider maker, including its dining room and the production process area. It has its own apple crop of around 2,500 trees. Its annual production stands at around 140,000 litres of cider.
